ABOUT US AND OUR MISSION
OUR MISSION IS 3-FOLD
WE MAKE A COMMITMENT TO:
1) OFFER A CHARITABLE CHANNEL TO OTHER BOOK CLUBS AND READERS WORLDWIDE
2) EDUCATE OURSELVES AND KEEP AWARE OF THE NEEDS OF OUR FELLOW CITIZENS
3) FUNDRAISE AND DONATE TO EXISTING WORTHWHILE ORGANIZATIONS THAT HELP TO EMPOWER PEOPLE BOTH LOCALLY AND GLOBALLY THROUGH BETTER ACCESS TO EDUCATION AND HEALTHCARE
What an easy and straightforward idea . . . to tap the philanthropic power of the many book clubs and book lovers across our nation and world to help fund already existing humanitarian organizations that are doing reputable, life-changing work in the world.
We thought that if we could expand the joy we all receive from reading books by creating a charitable channel for other readers, we could deepen the meaning in everyone's lives
and make our small difference in the world.
We have learned that even if we as individuals can only afford to donate a small amount,
if we band together, "there is strength in numbers." In this way, Book Clubs 4 Change belongs to all of us! Every new member increases our giving power. Become a Member!
The Members of our organization have diverse religious and political affiliations. We all believe that living lives that include concrete acts of kindness and generosity to others in need will ultimately bridge differences and contribute to the Greater Good.
We look forward to having you join us on this beautiful ride together.
